Season of Creation: Living Water

AN EVENT PROMOTED BY THE OFFICE FOR ECUMENICAL AND INTERFAITH RELATIONS

September 1, 2026 to October 4, 2026

The Season of Creation challenges the entire global Christian family to care for God’s creation through prayer and action. An annual theme for the Season of Creation is chosen by an ecumenical steering committee. For 2026 the theme is “Living Water” and the symbol is “Immersion in Living Water,” inspired by Ezekiel 47: 9 and 12.
